Bio

The hair industry stole my heart at a young age. I began as a stylist in 1994, and opened my first salon in downtown Springfield with my husband in 2001. I've always had a passion for helping my guests love their hair, while also educating them on how to care for and style it. As I've grown in my career, I've also found a strong drive to share my knowledge of the industry, and help others succeed! Now that we are in our third building in downtown Springfield, AVBS has grown to 8,000sq ft with over 25 stylists. What really makes our salon a success is the team effort of positive individuals that love to serve our guests!
