Hello! Valeria and I opened our first salon in 2001. Since then, I've had many roles while working to expand my knowledge of the hair industry. Now, my role stems from my passions of helping young stylists grow their business, as well as developing media materials and marketing.

Hello! My name is Javin (pronounced "jay-ven"), and I switch off with my brother, Evan, each week to work at the salon. It's a pretty fun gig, and I enjoy seeing the Team every other week. I'm still learning, though, and can be a little shy, but feel free to say hi if you see me on the floor!
